I has some really strong cravings yesterday....I came home from the gym and really just wanted to munch on everything! I did eat some chips but they were baked and I limited myself.
I did a light day at the gym.....I went pretty hard the day before and I know today I gotta hit it hard since Saturday and Sunday I can't go to the gym.
We have a wedding tonight so I gotta keep proportions in mind and try hard not to fall off track!
