A pound in two days, not bad. Probably water retention, but it's a good start. Been eating about 1300-1400 calories a day (which is lower than my usual, even when I'm cutting calories)and working out at least 20 minutes. Started out easy with my bike/elliptical thing and last night I did Jillian Michael's 6 week Six Pack video. That thing is tough! I've got some motivation to get my midsection in shape though. I've been talked into wearing the infamous Slave Leia costume for Halloween. Eek! Talk about bearing all...
