Too many calories I think! I am doing a lot of weights now, too many to catalogue, and I'm becoming visibly more muscular. It's not overt, but it's there. I've switched from Carb Nite to Carb Backloading as my hypothyroid condition meant I needed so many refeeds that it made CN impractical after a time. I was so exhausted trying to stick with the protocols. CBL is much much better in that regard, I have loads of energy, but I do need to strike the right balance between being energised and overdoing it and getting too heavy. We learn as we go :-)
