Got a little derailed over the weekend eating peanutes, plain and honey roated. BOP today, but still posted a small loss. This is helpful because it means my body is better at handling the sugars and off-plan eating if I don't go completely buck wild. Staying the course for 2 more weeks and then it will be maintenance time for August.
