222.2lbs
Down 2.4lbs in twenty nine days.
More than an ounce/day, but only half of my restarting "Level 1 1lb/week goal"...
Several minor weekly losses to get here, just no time to post them.
Got two different weights, using the higher one (By 0.8lbs) so I don't get discouraged if the next weigh in shows no losses.
This was actually three days ago, but I had no time to post it.
Frustrations took their toll in the past few months, but somewhat better now...
So we're doing house chores more regularly, and hopefully the scales will respond well!

222.2 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
