Walking during breaks.
Mindful, snacking, and healthier eating as sunlight and summer break approaches. 🤷🏼‍♀️☀️
154.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
