It’s been a while, but I’m back and ready to commit. I haven’t been tracking calories for almost two years, and have managed to lose and maintain weight, which is great - definitely motivating! I plan to use this to track calories and macros, not only for weight loss, but more so to manage my PCOS symptoms in a healthy way. Looking forward to continuing on this journey and making progress :)
