I walked over 50 miles last week and thought I would lose more than just a pound. I understand that it gets harder to lose the pounds after 9 months of consecutive weight loss. I have added more good fats to my diet and not so concerned with calories as I am about avoiding sugar, fructose, and artificial/processed foods.

No, it doesn't get any easier. Been at it 2 years. A slow process.

A pound is good, better then a stall.

I hear you, doing that much effort it'd be nice to see a bigger result on the scale. But it's a process and it does slow down the more you lose, has for me at least. Thing is, if this is a lifelong change then it's a journey that keeps on going, so enjoy the journey and adjust as it becomes needed. You're doing great, and think of how much healthier a person you are now than you were.

Great job! The walking will help you lose fat/inches which you may not see on the scale right away.
