My grandma unexpectedly passed over the weekend and I fell off track a bit. But I'm not gonna beat myself up over it. Time to get back to it! 💪
267.6 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
