I'm seeing gains in muscle definition and size so right now I'm gaining but I've implemented cardio now too so I'm hoping to see more definition and eventually losses in the weight dept too
247.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
