CN tonight, I may do a mildly heavy one as I have some bread and black pudding I want to dispose of :-) If I haven't lost weight by this time next week I'll just put the next CN off for a few days. I'm back on pure foods now, no burgers, no sausages. I may have to switch to no fish too as while I love salmon I don't lose weight on it. All meat, all the time seems to work for me but it's a bit boring :-(
