So the first week of a diet is supposed to be the easiest one to lose weight, and even though I was under RDI EVERY DAY but one (and that was only over a very little), my weekly total was way under, my daily net -500 almost every day, my macros nearly perfect, I don’t even lose one pound!! What do I have to do? Chop off my head? How to stay positive?
