I try and weigh in every Friday so this is my third weigh in and I did gain a lb because over this last week I've been out several times and to the fair and Halloween parties to be had for all my kids. The cool thing is Ive been out to dinner several times to the fair and to halloween parties over the last week and all that stuck is 1 lb !!! I am so excited that my choices while not always the healthiest were my own and did make a difference in how much weight I could have gained knowing full well because I have been at this crossroads before..somethings are sticking besides the weight. Yay.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
