I know you are not supposed to exercise in phase 2 of HCG but I have committed to a team, so I just add a protein on exercise days (2-3/week) and make sure I get all my calories in. I'm wondering if this could explain the uptick on the scale. I know it's only .1 but when you are used to losing .5 a day this feels like a failure. So far I haven't been hungry...like at all.... and making good choices and staying on plan has not been difficult. Day 11 of phase 2 - the VLCD - and I am just today craving carbs. I'm wondering if that too is due to the exercise. Anyone had similar experiences?

Yes im having theat experience i have started to go to the gym with my husband and he makes me eat protein right after and i eat 2 grissini sticks to help or else im fighting the craving and hunger just dont relax after id do some housework.
