Colleague bought me lots of chocolate and wine when I retired, which of course I ate/drank and am paying the price. Now going to focus on getting the exercise I need and eating the right foods to lose weight. First milestone 10.5 pounds.

Ups and downs. Been down as far as 2 pounds. By this morning that was half a pound.. I must ask my partner not to bring chocs and biscuits home. And wine and nuts and cheese.
Evening snacking is my problem. Need to find a solution.

I find if I eat my last meal before 7pm I don't snack at all in evenings, as I feel satisfied with daily food intake, I also find eating things like chicken & turkey & tuna & veg for breakfast keeps me so full all day, veg shakes with a little fruit in them are great for lunch to fill you up to, remember also to drink water throughout day to keep you feeling full & hydrated x
