OK - So maybe I can do Weight Watchers. I was so proud yesterday when I was reviewing my food journal. I actually stayed within my points limit all week! Popcorn was the key to my snack time... Also, apples are good for a filler. My clothes are fitting better. I went to put on a pair of jeans and was working up to the "buttoning saga". All of a sudden, I realized that I diddn't have to do "the dance"!!
