I found out that I am gluten and dairy intolerant so starting today I am avoiding those foods. I am also trying to avoid refined sugar and I just gave up coffee too (too expensive)...enough of what I can't have. I CAN have fresh veggies and fruit as long as I don't eat more than 75 carbs per day or more than 10 per hour. I can have protein and good fat like olive oil and avocado. I can pray and sing and connect with people and I can use emdr to get my head on straight.
