Yes, you had a very productive 2 months!!!!! You have lost 10.3 kg. I am really proud of you!!! 😉 I lost my 15 kg , and it took me last year and the beginning of this year. But I had an operation last year and lots of time I spent in bed. With my health issues, my weight loss is unstable ( it is always going down; but as soon as I am stopping exercises , my weight starts going up ).

Hi. Thanks for this😘 well I had a mini surgery myself in the beginning of Feb. Now its almost healed so I can come back to my weekly swimming and badminton. I don’t really set up time frames just trying as best as I can. How are you doing now?

Well done! Swimming - is the best exercise for the weight loss ( as all my doctors telling me ). Water supports your weight, so it is good for your knees. Unfortunately I can't swim at all and afraid of the water. But after the op I do a little bit of walking outside or some aerobics ( at home ) when I am not lying in the bed with back problems and headaches. Molly ( can I call you this name, if it is your name ? ), I am still recovering. It is less pain now, but doctors cutted through the nerves during my knee operation. So half of my knee is feeling numb now. My orthopedic surgeons told me that from the February I will feel some improvement. It is still has got big inflammation in whole leg and around knee. I am wishing you will get stronger and stronger with each day. 😊😉
