Tried the "fasting" - wasn't feeling great so didn't eat until lunch at 2:30 pm - seems to flush out the weekend weight gain and carbs. Back to same a.m. weight as a last Thursday/Friday a week ago.
Missed workouts this week. Did weights/cardio routine Monday. Working on Revenue Tues/Wed.
This weekend need to keep cheat day to only 1 day. Probably Sunday as Saturday workout in a.m. and regular steak & veg dinner planned with Faye & Mark Saturday night.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
