148.0 lbs! I watched a doctor on youtube talk about what foods we should be eating.Among the list was whole Grains, whole foods, fermented foods such as kimchi and kefir, and minimañly processed foods. he specifically said not to country Calories. And he also said to fast if you are able to (12 hours, 8hours, 6hours, and if possible days). This week, I fasted 24 hours at a time and ate all the recommended items. Some days I fasted 12 hours, other just 8. I'm happy to be down to 148lbs! My gut area is less bloated too.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 12.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.4 lb a week
