Hi..Some good advice... I would not focus on carbs or any other one thing. I think you should just eat good basic real foods... also always wait till you are really very hungry before eating ... always write it down and enter it into fat secret later before next meal... fat secret gives me the feedback needed. I check to see all my levels... I keep protein down close to 50-60gms/day ...same for fat. ( For you those numbers may need to be adjusted). My next meal always addresses issues with what my "daily balance" is so far in the day.
Bottom line ... keep total cal. limit set for loss. It is a painless way to lose ...I lost 30 lbs in about a 1.5 years
