GO Packers, thanks for your suggestion. I try to do that on most days, especially at work. I split my foods for the day into 5-6 meals or snacks. Late night at home is what gives me the most problems, I still get hungry, even ravenous at these times, then I end up bingeing. I would go to sleep earlier if I could, but my sleep patterns are kind of messed up right now due to my work schedule. Maybe that means I should eat more during the day, but I'm just trying to stay within my calorie limitis, I usually don't undereat. I'm just a mess! LOL
