Going down again with the help of exercise and watching my calories (for the most part). I still eat too much, but at least I eat healthier most of the time...ergh...:P
158.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week

Maybe if you eat smaller meals more often you won't ever get too hungry and overeat. Either way, congrats on your weightloss!

GO Packers, thanks for your suggestion. I try to do that on most days, especially at work. I split my foods for the day into 5-6 meals or snacks. Late night at home is what gives me the most problems, I still get hungry, even ravenous at these times, then I end up bingeing. I would go to sleep earlier if I could, but my sleep patterns are kind of messed up right now due to my work schedule. Maybe that means I should eat more during the day, but I'm just trying to stay within my calorie limitis, I usually don't undereat. I'm just a mess! LOL
