Other than getting a good amount of protein, my eating has been all over the place. I clearly haven't gotten a handle on this yet with everything going on. I need to...FAST! I will start by putting together one good meal at a time with the first being breakfast tomorrow morning. Small tasks instead of a large on may help me not feel so overwhelmed right now.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
