So, my good-as-gold week ended with a tasting of the Welsh cakes we've ordered for our wedding. Then the in-laws-to-be came over for dinner, so we put on a spread - party food appetisers, homemade leek and potato soup and we baked bread and cinnamon rolls.

Ash also introduced me to the wonder that is fried spam rolls with brown sauce, so lunch has not been particularly healthy.

To cap it all off, roast pork Sunday dinner at my parents. I skipped starter and dessert, but made up for it with extra roasties and a few Ferrero Rochers. Oh, and a bottle of red wine so...no small wonder the scales haven't moved! I had comments I'm looking slimmer though, so there's that.

I regret nothing, but will now focus up - another week down until the photo shoot 📸 If I'm going to feel confident in my own skin, then best foot forward! 😇 💃
174.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
