Just finish DWTS. My Top heart Rate was 103 and my bottom was 96. I took 2376 Steps today and in doing so walked .412 of a mile
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're better than me. I love DWTS. I'm better, but I get stuck on the botafogo step. My two left feet won't let me do it.
