Ugghhh whyyyyy

It's probably because the flare up is finally over. I don't even really mind, despite my whining. I ate normally yesterday with zero issues.

Weight tracking is helpful, but I'm noticing more changes in how I look and how things fit than on the scale. My leggings are loose. So is my engagement ring. I can see a noticeable difference in how my shirts fit.

I want the scale to go down. To say otherwise would be a lie. However, the changes I can feel and see really help me to not get discouraged.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
