1. Calorie Tracking App for Calorie cycling - staying within for below my total calorie consumption need for the week

Toying between this app and Nutri Coach- I like these reports and definitely need a barcode scanner.

2. Food Scale. To measure food by weight in grams, oz, lbs, & mL

3. Tdeecalculator.net. “Total Daily Energy Expenditure” so I know how many calories & macros ( carbs, proteins, fats) to consume

175.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh yes and #4 Value Eating! Finding ways to make my meal fuller without packing on calories. Like mixing my brown rice with riced cauliflower, or Cole slaw. This “hack” is a motivator for me 💪🏾
