My weight is going all over the place up and down but I did lose two inches between last Wednesday and this morning. So I guess I'm going in the right direction.
This site just needs to add a place to log measurements and I would have everything I need.
Planning on walking the stairs today at lunch....two flights to the 4th floor and I'm beat by the end. I figure if I can do that twice today, its a good place to start.
