I expect this will be my last loss for a while as December is the month that doesn't count 🎄 moderation is still key! I'm already so proud of what I've achieved so far, I've smashed my short term targets. I saw myself in a full length mirror last weekend and instead of cringing away, I was pleasantly surprised! Let's hold onto that feeling going into the new year 🥳❤️💃
