Gotta love that first week whoosh <3 I'm so close to smashing my short term target which was to be 179lbs by the 28th October! Here's hoping for a 2lb loss this week.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
