Thanks Merry Mel! I try not to eat more than 1200 calories a day. Lots of veg (mainly green beans and cauliflower) usually with a diet ready meal like weight watchers etc. I usually have that as a main meal and it usually tallies up to around 500 kcals or under. I drink ready made proein shakes for breakfast usually and snack on chicken cup a soups, snack a jacks and skinny bars! Its pretty boring amd tedious to be honest but I'm trying to shift the weight before I visit family in December. I'm hungry like 70% of the time. I also work nights as a carer. When I'm in work the dieting doesn't bother me. It's when I'm home of an evening sitting in front of the TV! I can't believe how much I've lost so far to be honest. I do struggle at times but I've lost over a stone and a half in just over 6 weeks so i need to keep going! Thank you all for your support ❤️
