Ridiculous. Why would this be? All I can think is I had some Edam yesterday, maybe I'm reacting to that. (Later) Mind, I do have a lot of creatine monohydrate in my body and I'm starting to get into 5x5, the Stronglifts programme. I did drift round the pubs yesterday drinking more tonic water (I'm dry). So maybe my body's hanging onto water it would have previously peed away pretty quickly. Makes a kind of sense I suppose.
328.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
