Goodness! 4lbs heavier! It's the weekend again, kids, and I was out last night drinking pints of tonic water and they stick to me. I'll be peeing them out over the next few days.
328.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
