dietnya berantakan tp turun berat badan...pagi sarapan nasi 4 sdm, balado kentang,bakso dan ayam 2 potong. guilty, jadi makan siang fitbar dan oatbit. rencana gak makan sampai malem, tp sebelum tidur gak kuat, makan sosis 2 potong dan ayam 1 potong
