I have let myself go, ordered more. Convinced myself it's healthy as long as it is homemade~ cakes and biscuits. I'll restart the healthy eating lifestyle: eat 3 times, food accounted for and try to get my body moving more.

Hi Jazzpr21, You said all positive things so that's a good start..it's only taken me 7 years to reach my goal, start on this site 7 years ago. I have another site also called Merry Mel there is a photo of Jim and I please feel free to browse on it. I lost all my data and had to start all over again. But I know it's there for me to read.
