Feeling ok. 40 lbs off so far since my heaviest. That feels like quite a lot of weight but only a few dress sizes. I have to keep reminding myself how good that weight loss is for me physically and mentally so that I don’t slip back into bad and lazy eating habits. Surgery in a couple of weeks will make it harder - got to keep reminding myself how good this feels.
