I feel so terrible... I've gained weight this week because of not exercising and eating bad due to vacation... I've been working 40 hours a week this whole summer, and as a young college kid this is difficult for me, but it's helped me keep a schedule. Of course, though, when you're on vacation, you just want to relax... and I paid for it. ;_; Going to get back on track this week. I have to.
However, I think I might have weighed in wrong before... I got 189.4 once but a day or so after I was up to 191... maybe I have just stayed still this whole time and not went up or down...
Happy august everyone! I have about 12 more pounds to lose for this challenge... gotta do it this month...
