I have been eating 1100 -1400 calories a day. I am also exercising everyday: 45 minutes of treadmill, 10 minutes of stretching, and 15-20 minutes of strengthening exercises. This is ridiculous! I should be losing weight, and I am gaining. It has to be thyroid. I won't get into the doctor for months. I hope this medicine change helps. So far I am only noticing that I am grumpier and irritable. But that could be because I am dealing with bills and taxes and budgets, which usually makes me grumpy.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Stress can inhibit weight loss. Get plenty of protein. Do some googling and see if there are any foods which might help with thyroid problems and aid in your weight loss. Stay hydrated. Keep exercising. Take your measurements. Stay consistent. No matter what, don't give up. You are doing good things for yourself.
