I have been eating 1100 -1400 calories a day. I am also exercising everyday: 45 minutes of treadmill, 10 minutes of stretching, and 15-20 minutes of strengthening exercises. This is ridiculous! I should be losing weight, and I am gaining. It has to be thyroid. I won't get into the doctor for months. I hope this medicine change helps. So far I am only noticing that I am grumpier and irritable. But that could be because I am dealing with bills and taxes and budgets, which usually makes me grumpy.
