Buka IF jam 12, tutup IF jam 6. Pulang gym minum jam 12 whey. Trs Makan nasi + telor dadar + baby romaine + saus sambel. Sore jam 16.30 makan buah naga 1, biskuit gandum. Jam 18 makan telor rebus 2 butir + whey. Malemnya nahan laper krn suami makan mie aceh wangi banget. Bismillah bisa yuk di bawah 100kg lagi yuk dew 💪

Bismillah ka. Harus semangat dengan progres sekecil apapun ya ka. Aku desember 2022 BB di angka 114kg kaa. Mei 2023 sempet diangka 97kg. Tp stuck gara2 pindah kota, jd makan ga karuan. Ini br mau mulai dr nol lagi kaaa 😅
