You can do it! Eating a pinch of salt helps a lot in the hard moments because you'll be excreting more salt without carbs which makes you feel awful. The keto flu will soon end if you stay strong and then you'll feel amazing like all the things you have read about. It's worth the effort. Good luck.

I’ll agree with what CalypsoCrow has said, I’ve tried Keto a few times but got hit by what I now know is the “Keto Flu”, a close friend of mine is currently doing keto incredibly successfully, and when asking them about it, they couldn’t emphasise enough just how important it is to keep your salt levels up.

Better yet, invest in some electrolytes (sodium, potasium and magnesium) You can pick up some power on Amazon. You'll get through the transition easier, and they are important for any intermittent fasting you might do, too.
