I went to Melbourne last Friday and caught some random virus, which hit my stomach and head after dinner on Monday. I’m feeling better today, but I’m still light headed. I was angry because I might have gone below 74 kgs. That is no go territory for me. I bought some second hand shirts off eBay because my others are now too big. I don’t think that’s cheap behaviour at all.
163.4 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
