After having hotpot twice this weekend this was expected. Unfortunately, I really hurt my neck/upper back weightlifting the other day and I haven’t been able to go to the gym. Only yesterday was I able to go on a nice long active walk- but today I’m feeling stiff again. I hope I heal soon so I can get back to it
147.4 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
