I've completed this part of my journey, I've reached the 12st bracket and now I'm going to look at stabilising my weight. I thought I would have stayed the same from yesterday but I've actually lost 0.4lbs instead so it's a strange feeling and feels odd thinking that I need to increase my calories. I had cereal for the first time in months and i thought that change from protein to carbs in the morning would have kept me the same weight but apparently not, I'll have to take time and play with my diet a bit. I will have to convince myself that I am actually allowed a treat now and then and I'll try to increase my portion sizes in a healthy way too.
