Thank you most kindly Kattay. It felt like I have been stuck for a long time. My weight went up a little over the holidays and then a new medication added to it, and then it seemed forever to get it to start going back down. I hope it stays heading that direction.

Good Luck! I hope it keeps going in the down direction for you too. I go up and down a lot. Part of the journey, but it is so frustrating. Don't give up no matter what. You are worth it!!
