No weight loss!!!!!! Getting frustrated!!! Still sticking to limiting the carbs!!!!! Had 3 slices of hawaiin pizza for lunch.




BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS
242.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
