The current bulk is starting to pay dividends. Added 20 pounds to my bench press, and I'm getting close to a neutral grip pull-up. My upper body is really improving.
320.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
