I lost 5.8 pounds. My BP has dropped and is now 103.76 and the pulse rate is 86. My blood sugar is very good at 86. My body fat is at 34.49%. My diet is still NO sugar, low carbs, and stay active (don't sit around all day). I am 34.2 pounds from my goal weight.
