I feel really good at the moment, not quite sure how i managed to lose 2lb this week but i'm happy regardless. I'm aiming to lose my 8 lbs then totally celebrate as it will be the ksiniest i've ever been as an adult. I went shopping the other day and it was great to buy things that were smaller sizes and things i would never have been able to buy when i was bigger. I'm hoping to have lost another 2lbs this week bringing me down to 13st 6lb...if i broke 13st 5 i would be over the moon and really proud of myself however i know 2lbs is great so i wont push myself.

I am going to try and do some more excercise this week, going to go swimming today if its not busy and then i will see later on in the week and try and go swimming or for a big long walk.

I now have another 6 weeks here so i know i can reach my goal whilst i'm here i just need to get my head down and be sensible. I always give myself 2 days off a week anyway a thurs and a sunday due to sunday lunch so the other days should be fine.

The only thing i'm scared about is when i go home as i move in with my boyfriend and our friend and they both love to eat lots and lots of takeaway too so i need to be strong when i get home and stick to my healthy eating. I will however be able to keep this more uptodate as i will have permanent internet access so that should help me a lot.

Anyway only 6lbs to go!!! woop!!! xx
190.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
