My calories were 999 and carbs 0 and absolutely no sugar. My blood sugar has dropped to 89. This is good after being 330. BP is 127/75 with pulse rate 72.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
