well, I haven't weighed myself on a set of mechanical scales in maybe 30 yrs, but here I am in the deep south, and my friend still uses spring loaded scales.
I don't care. i'll take any win I can get my hands on.
Day two back on the keto. properly. cream in my coffee, bacon and tomato for breakfast, don't think I had dinner last night because my guts were coming to bits.
all good. :) lovely and sunny down here, if freezing. thank goodness I brought my puffer jacket.
